Equitybase equity token platform is a new Ethereum Intelligent based Ecosystem-based ecosystem that implements Blockchain technology for the global investment industry. By lowering entry barriers and increasing market liquidity by transparent pricing, this will provide greater access to global investment and fractional trading in the Real Estate industry. Equitybase will offer an effective and direct investment model and secure a 500+ billion US dollar equivalent in cryptocurrency to a market that is supported by less stable and growing assets, generating revenue, value appreciation and hedging.
Commercial real estate is one of the most dynamic investment classes in the world. Commercial real estate is the only major asset class that produces high yields and significant equity accumulation. It can be efficiently exploited for big profits and has the security of hard assets that you can see and touch (intrinsic value regardless of revenue stream). It can also provide some of the best tax advantages.
BASE Token
A basic token is generated on the sale of tokens backed by smart contracts and will be based on a fixed volume, which is stored in the basic wallet of Ethereum ERC20. The Equitybase platform does not hold investors at the minimum investment or holding period.
BASE: EquitybaseERC20 Token
The pre-sale coverage of BASE tokens will begin on 02/28/2018 until 03/12/2018 at a discount of 40%, BASE token sales will be made through smart contract and fully audited by Coinfabrik to ensure the safety of the ICO Process. The proceeds from the ICO offer will be utilized in the following ways: 60% of the funds will be used for Market liquidity (Equity Reserve) and 40% will be for product and operation development.
ICO Public BASE Token will start on 02/28/2018 and end on 04/30/2018 with initial discount of 30%, discount rate will be lower with a multiple of 5% weekly during the duration of ICO sale. We expect the BASE Token obtained during the ICO process to be substantially discounted on the value of trading on public exchanges. The minimum contribution during public ICO is 0,001 ETH. The transfer rate is set at 1 ETH = 3,000 BASE.
DISTRIBUTION TOKEN
The total availability of BASE tokens will be set at 360,000,000 where 50% will be sold during ICO, the remaining backup tokens will be held for 1 year and issued peridis to stimulate platform growth if necessary. 20% token will be allocated to the founding team members and their advisers with a 12 month vesting period. 10% of all tokens will be distributed for marketing community programs before and after the ICO process.

Income
Cash flows from operations should be distributed in the following order:
  1. Payment of senior debt payments
  2. Payment of the current preferred return to Securities Token Holder
  3. Set aside results to all Equitybase Revenue equity base level equity holders 
Equitybase will get up to 2% of the net income from general income and 2% + of capital events, the cost is based on the performance basis in each of the property waterfall distribution guidelines. Equitybase will charge a 1% fee for a list of platforms for real estate developers and sponsors interested in registering their prospective properties on our platform. Investors and sponsors can reduce or override costs entirely by earning an equivalent amount of BASE tokens.
Income
Cash flows from operations should be distributed in the following order:
  1. Payment of senior debt payments
  2. Payment of the current preferred return to Securities Token Holder
  3. Residual proceeds for all shareholders of the general agreement level.
Capital events
The proceeds from a capital event must be distributed in the following order:
  1. The result of outstanding loan balance
  2. Payment to the offer of securities from the current unpaid preferred returns
  3. Payment to the securities offer of the requested returns accrued
  4. Return of capital invested into securities offering
  5. Residual proceeds for all shareholders of the general agreement level
Once the property is sold on the public market, Equitybase will benefit from the sale, while net income will be divided according to the percentage and type of investment in accordance with each participant. Each user's benefit will be paid in the basic tokens of ETH or ERC20. Participants will get their initial BASE Token back after the transaction is completed.
